Plattsmouth’s most accessible venue is the newly renovated Senior and Community Center, which serves as a central activities hubs. Many of the area parks and recreation centers offer some paved pathways, although the hilly topography can present a challenge. Look for trails at the Twin Rivers Water Park, Rhylander Park, Garfield Park, Memorial Park and near the downtown district. Downtown shops have broad sidewalks and handicapped accessible parking.
